My ISP (Verizon DSL) told me my IP should change every 20-45 minutes, I have a router which didn't seemed to affect it...And its on 24/7

I use textpad or Dreamweaver MX

I'm switching back to XP this weekend, and the website www.java.com, but when I had XP and downloaded that, it wouldnt work.
So anyone know where I can download java virtual machine?

i just found out the sfc thing doesnt work cause of the service packs (I have SP4 but the CD is the original win2k)

right now i have 3 running on win2k

I ran norton antivirus in the folder, didnt find anything. It doesnt let me delete the file. I ran adaware it didnt find anything...

I have like 5 or 6 instances of svchost running and it doesnt let me end task any of them
