Try uninstalling.
If you goto Start -> Program Files -> AIM+ --
you'll see an option for Uninstalling it.

Or you can even goto the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and remove it that way.

Well.. you didn't mention what OS, or what Server Software you have. I assume Windows and IIS.. but either Windows or Linux (with Apache).. it's all relatively the same. For Linux and Apache... in your .htaccess file, or in the httpd.conf file ... you need to add "Options Indexes". So it'l...

It normally means you have a bad download.
Try re-downloading it and try again.

If you use any Download Managers such as Get-Right, or Download Accelerator, Don't use them...and try again.
