Yeah, you can install 4.8 without uninstalling 5.5. During the install process, it gives you the option to install into a different folder. Make it something like C:\Program Files\AIM4. Both AIM's still work.

I already have that file. You need that .dll to get PSP to run the other plugin filters. Thanks anyway, though.

Photoshop Filters to PSP?

I have Paint Shop Pro 7. I recently started downloading filters for it, which work fine and give me no problems. I noticed a few filters in Photoshop 7, such as Wind, which I really liked. Now, since they were .8bf files I just moved them to my Plugins folder and restarted PSP. Now, they show up on ...

Alright, I won't use the Smilez program unless there is nothing else, because I stick with 4.8, and so a smiley program does me no good. Another thing, I like AIM. I don't want to switch programs.

Downloader Program

I have a program called Wget. It is a command line downloading program. I want this program to catch downloads from IE, so I can use that instead of downloading through IE. How would I go about this?

its technically impossible for the hardware to go at higher speeds like that. You have a 56k modem
See, thats what I thought, but in the Device Manager, it says its 28.8, and when i first put it in, it also said 28.8k.

Kind, vb inclined person.

So I picked up a book on Visual Basic, which came with software. I get everything installed, only to discover its the working model edition, and doesn't give you the option to compile your work. I'm a little too lazy to download it, and way too broke to buy it. I just need someone to compile one or ...
