because half the douche bags that post in these hkSFV forums do so... just becasue they don't want to Register. You can't post in AIM+ forums unless you're registered.

And as for the hkSFV forums... you don't need to register. You can post threads anonymously.

yes, that is what i meant. thats all the understanding i will give these guys, even though it takes them all of two extra minutes to register and post in the right forum.

phpBB stores user information in encrypted files on the server, right?
is there a way to decrypt the file and find an admin password?
