Webserver Question!

I have a webserver setup on my PC, after I got my router it worked fine..but I reformatted, and now its not working....it gets operation timed out ( i believe ), it works fine for me, but not for anyone else. anyway to fix this?

make sure you set up your computer with a static lan ip, and that you forward ports on your router to the apropriate lan ip

any help on how to do ..this so called "forwarding port" ordeal would be great...thanks :lol: no but for real...how do you do that stuff? i havent a clue. :roll:

depends on your router manufacturer

all i know is Linksys routers and IP Masquerading/IP Tables

(wow i spelled out masq correctly on my first try!)

if ur router is diff, get ur manual, it says in there
