Microsoft Sued - What's new?

I fear I must say this is a very stupid reason to sue a company. In short their saying that because Microsoft has a great marketing deparment that can get their software most computers we are going to sue you because people have a very easy piece of software to target.

Am I the only one that thinks that this is going way overboard? The fact that it is being started in the state of California only makes it more odivious. I have for the longest time thought that California is a very over strict state when it comes to laws. Why do you think all major law suits start there? Simple. Ever more so then in any other state stupid laws are made and "upheald".

What sad are the people who are sueing forget one thing THe secirty patch to fix the whole was released before the worm came out just milloins of people dont keep there computer up to date. Mind you the baster worm is a pain in the ass my brother got it when we install Pro on his computer and got nailed before he could download the patch. (got it later but still). I think it sad how these worms cause a lot of problems simple because people dont keep there software uptodate and get the secruty patches

On a another note after the baster worm showed how people dont update there computer Microsoft was thinking about on it next OS that people can not disable automatic update and it will install critical updates on you comptuer weather you like it on not. Beside how hard is it just to tell you computer to automatily download the updates and then install them. All I do it see OH patches readdy install and I am done.

I say Microsoft can pretty much (but in reality no because of issues they may cause with drivers and such) go ahead and install any update as long as I don't have to reboot my system because of it. That could be a MAJOR issue.

I like they have it now where you it tells you need to reboot to finish but you dont have to reboot you can continue working until you ready to shut down. that how I do it. I just install them and let the computer worry aobut everything else later

well at least there is a logical reason to blame microsoft because they wrote the program. Unlike the lady who sue Madoncal becaue her coffee burnt her, Or the people who sue malpracuic suits when recovering is not 100% where they where before or sueing because a donated orgain did not work.

Hell look at some the laws our goverment has passed. Now some of those laws dont make any sence what so ever.
