Windows Media Player 9 with the CyberLink MP3 addon works perfectly...gives names, id3 tags or whatever, and organizes in folders by artist, album, automatically.

I really liked Musicmatch Jukebox Plus.
It ripped cds in under 2 minutes,
had CDDB lookup, and renaming file support into any structure I needed. Also added the ability to add the CD Cover image into the directoy of mp3s ripped.
Oh and that program that Maeg suggested / Micah is using... Looks up song infomation too... If it didn't do that... I would have used the program you suggested...
But geez... For $30 that piece of software is nice! I would buy it just for it's burining ability let alone it's ability to convert files and rip.
I am currently using itunes for my ripping. Mainly because I hate WMP and I will never use it to rip cds. I used to use music match but I have no reinstalled it on my computer since the reformating this summer.
