Sounds intresting... But is this really the way to deal with spam? The user still gets it after all...

hee hee that one way to deal with it. I know I will have access to it. since I already am getting the premium service from yahoo because we have DSL though SBC.
On the topic of spam I have noticed that mainly only the big email domains get spam. (like Hotmail, yahoo, and AOL). I guess I am luck that my email domain is sbcglobal and ttu. As for the meathod I alread do something like that to deal with spam. I have my hotmail account is what I use when dealing with bunuiness and I use my sbc account as my personal account that I give out ot friends or people I need to contact. It does keep everything a lot cleaner. That mixed with the fact that I use Outlook to get all my email a lot of the email are sent to the right folder right off so I know who sent them all before I even open them.

yahoo and spam ?? haha. I never get any.
now Hotmail on the other hand.. ugh.
I get literally 100 spam 'junk' emails a day. (ones that get filterd to my junk box)
i get about 20-30 that get sent to my inbox.

but i suppose it's alright. i only use Hotmail for registrations and signup lists that aren't trustworthy and i know will sell my email to advertisers.
