Ok, I know websites can grab your ip adress, operating systems, and lots of other system prefernces, but can they grab your isp? I was browsing a site best not named on here, when i get one of those pages popping up saying you've been caught searching what not and what so. I know it was all a bunch of crap, but then i saw it had my isp. WPIA (western pa internet accsess). Now don't get me wrong, that is certainly not a common name for an isp and i doubt it was coinncedntal. Is there a way of extrwacing that off my computer, or was it my isp?

That is true Jedi man. If you download Mozilla Browser, or it's superior brother, Firebird; you can lie about which browser you're using with the click of a button. It's nice for those IE only Websites.
And the browser I use, Konqueror, I can disable the information all together.
Looky, here's a screenshot too.
