Won't Boot Up
I got a computer upstairs that had McAfree Virus Scan Home Edition On it. the trial ran out and so today i bought the professional edition. it asked me to uninstall home first. So i did, and it asked to restart. So yeah i clicked yes and it restarted. but it never loaded windows after that. It'll get to the Windows ME splash screen and it just sits there. i could leave it for hours and it won't load. What should i do?
i love norton, and looks like you'll be exploreing your computer to find out how to fix it.. i now give you to the pros of the place:
