Big-O Software

hey, i'm looking for the command to type in in the "run" box (start>run) that opens up the window with a bunch of tabs on the top, and one of them lets you edit te boot.ini file and start up file. i completly forgot what it's called.

winedit
sysedit
msconfig

one of those i think is wat ur talking about?
