Larger Fonts?

Okay, it's a simple problem that I've fixed before, but I can't for the life of me remember how. The fonts in IE are larger than normal. Not all the time, though.. it's only if it's not defined otherwise. Like, normally if you don't use a <font> tag, it's 12 pt I think? Well, it seems to be 20pt or so. Thanks for any help.
