Using these(see below) as my settings I can without fail when creating a new .sfv for a directory and then creating a .md5 for that same directory (after the completeion of the sfv) when I exit the program a process taking 99% of the cpu is left running.

If I start the program and create a md5 for the directory and then a sfv for the directory I do not have this problem on exit. I have found a work around by making sure I always make the md5 first but this issue might also have a thing to do with setting your cache to 0 as the other exit bug exists. Though you can see I have my cache set to 100.
