Display CRCs when creating SFV (again)

I noticed in the newest version you removed the display of the CRC when you're creating an SFV file (it was present in hkSFV32). I'd really like to see the reimplemented since 90% of the time I only have the CRC as opposed to the SFV and it was largely convienient.

It'd also be pretty helpful it you could just get the CRC of a file(s) without having to generate a sfv file.
