create .m3u playlist from .sfv file

I'd like to have an option to create a playlist from a .sfv file which goes with mp3s.

So if I have a .sfv file ie. 00-someartist-title-2002.sfv I would like hkSFV to be able to create a 00-someartist-title-2002.m3u. The .m3u has to end up with a plain tracklist (not the location of the files) of the all the mp3 files that are listed in the .sfv

That would definitely be a handy feature. I hate it when I download an album and then have to go and make the .m3u because it's not there :).
