my only guess is that they're using some sort of Download manager.. because nothing on the MS OSs give that sort of error (blue green triangles or whatever they're talking about. )

I assume their talking about that stupid small box with shampes in it when a image has not yet loaded on a webpage. I would also go along with blaming a download manager of some sort. Come on people, the file isn't even 1 MB...

PhaseDMA was right i just couldnt explain it well enough lol
i cant download most programs off the internet including windows media player 7.1 and things like that because of this error

Why do people even use download managers? I've downloaded files close to a gig and never had problems.
