Well look at that. Now maybe AOL should fix that problem seeing how it's a reported bug on their end. Plus, what's the purpose of using AIM+ without logging?

Who knows? It's obviously a coding flaw with AIM considering that it never happened with any other version of AIM. So maybe AOL should fix it.

Well, that may be true that it's a new problem because of the new version of AIM and not AIM+, but you have to actually take a step back and think about it. If the problem goes away when you change something about AIM+, or don't use it at all, it is AIM+'s fault. They clearly stated that it's caused by AIM+. Doesn't matter anyways, the newer builds of AIM offer nothing worthwhile.

Damn straight. All it does is mess up profiles, not remember where you put your away message window, and not display colors for first IM recieved.
That's why I've stuck with 5.2.3139.

bump...for purposes of more easily seeing this thread for pointing people in the right direction to it.
Maybe Doom, could you change the topic to "C++ Runtime Error" or something along those lines please? That would be greatly appreciated by all
