The only thing XP Pro, winows 2000, or windows server OS's need to be rebooted for is a change in the OS files currently in use. But stupid people write software that's supposed to work with a ton of different OS's but doesnt make a distinctions between them, and requires a reboot regardless of the OS.

Yes, but I only allow people on my buddy list to see that I'm online or talk to me, and that's only people I know in real life.
