I'm usnig AIM 4.8.2790 and my my conversations aren't workin

I know AIM+ is not compatible with the newer builds of aim (anything over 5)
but i have 4,8 and it still isn't logging my conversations?
What's wrong?

I know this seems an obvious question, but are you sure you're running AIM+ and not just regular AIM?

you have to be sure you're running AIM+ rather than AIM...it doesn't work like deadaim does and always runs no matter what...you HAVE to use the shortcut for AIM+ EVERY time, it's the AIM guy with a red plus on it...I'm about 99% sure that's why it isn't working...you think you're running it because you installed it, but you have to actually run AIM+, forget about using any AIM shortcuts or using AIM if it starts up automatically when your computer turns on

should work once you're using the AIM+ shortcut

yes, i have logging on. It was working fine for awhile, but as of about 3 weeks ago it stopped saving the chats.

maybe you need to clear you history and start a new log
i've never had this problem but you might have too many log files
or maybe your hd is full, try cleaning it a bit
or you can try reinstalling it like what jrrtt said

ok i found the "problem" ....it used to display the folders of each individual sn of people i talked to....but as of 11-28 it seems, i have to click my SN's folder, and all conversations from THEN ON went in there (get it.?)
So...instead of making it's own folder, or going into an already made folder for that sn, it went into my SN's folder.
