When I think about it...there are a couple of posts that have stayed on topic. For one, the history viewer is *pretty much* on topic as well as some of the off topic forum threads...but those are meant to stay on topic...b/c they are off topic. Wow that's confusing!

Revised/Rephrased: When I think about it...there are a couple of posts that have stayed on topic. For one, the history viewer is *pretty much* on topic. You could also consider some of the OT forums as on topic...but because they are off topic, they are *supposedly* supposed to stay on topic. Like...non-OT threads are generally OT. OT threads are generally non-OT.

Does that make sense? If not I'll add some examples...
