cnetwait.odl <~~ whats is it at the end of AIM95\aim.exe

C:\PROGRAM FILES\AIM95\aim.exe -cnetwait.odl
I know what the hole path is but what does the ....-cnetwait.odl mean
I can goto start - run - msconfig and start-up and uncheck the aim start up option all day a 100 times a day and it still starts up everytime.
And it is in my start-up menu twice , both paths are the same .
Any answers
