This seems so easy to do...
When a chat message comes in, forward that message to me on my e-mail enabled cell phone, which is reachable via e-mail(1234567890@mycell.company.com)
It may be harder to do SMS, but basic e-mail should be cool.
E-Mail / SMS me when I get a message
