It's sort of like a game. But yet it's not. All you do it set up a stupid little page, and get people to click on your 'referer' link. Like the quote below, the more people you get to click on the link, the better chances at winning prises. But of course it has to be some sort of scam, because where is the money being generated from for these prizes??

EDIT: Haha, seems like others dont like it as well, if you goto http://outwar.com they have a message they've recieved a DDos attack, and are relocating to other servers.

you can create a monster, a gangster, or a pop star and build their fame, power, and riches. Once you create your character, you build them by getting friends to click your secret link. The more people you get to click the link, the more money your character will generate. The top players at the end of the game will win prizes! (see below for prize list)

You people as in the Outwar folks.. not me.

But yes, it is basically usesless. The main thing people do is goto message boards and SPAM links everywhere.. and when people click not knowing what it is.. they get more refer points.
