AIM punters?

Yeah, this is probably the wrong question to ask on a board like this, but I'ma ask anyways. Does anyone have or know where to get any AIM punters? Plus any programs to do "tricks" with AIM. If I really pushed myself, I might be able to make one..but thats if I pushed myself

I could uses one of those punters now and agian. Expotion for people that just keep im to bother me. I could kick the off line because of the useless spaming messages I get (ok I admit there are a few formus freinds who just like to Harass me on line). my fire about the punters is people getting them and abusing there power

I had them used agaist me 2 did nto like it but does not mean that I would not like one that I could uses.

i use them pretty often..... but only to get rid of a few a$$holes that like to bother me

where can you find a punter because I need one at least once a month if not more offen. Right now because I just change my screen name I safe for a few more weeks until those people firgure out what my new sn is.

As I read this, I keep seeing "punter, punter, punter" and I'm looking at it like "punkster, punskter, punkster".

But I thought punters didn't really work anymore, only with the older versions of AIM. Is that true?

I think they still work. I have AIM 5.x and they still can kick me off line. It does it by crashing AIM itself so every message window that was open with that screen name goes away (along with hte little icon in the tool bar).

They still do work. Some only work with 5.x even, so the programs have to be changed but there are ones for the older versions and the newer ones. Maybe AOL could figure out a way to fix this (I mean AIM has the most punters compared to other IM programs).

There is a very recent one for 5.x... If you know where to look it should be a piece of cake to find... Plasma even mentioned the name of the program somewhere on the boards.
