It could be that it has been 423 days since Big-O created this board. That sounds about right...because it was over a year ago when it was created (can't remember the exact date). 423 days = 1 year 2 months (roughly)

It may also not register crashes as a break in that count. As far as phpBB may be concerned the board is still up because the Admin didn't request that it be brought down. So phpBB feels that it has been up continuously.
