File sorting when creating checksums (not crucial)

The order in which hkSFV sorts files when creating checksums doesn't seem to be the same as Windows Explorer.
This is no problem except when visually comparing files in hkSFV and Explorer...
The problem might be related to files having dots - "." in the filenames (besides a filesuffix, that is).
