redhat nfs server on windows

Im planning on installing Redhat 8 on my other computer. But it doesnt have enough space for all the cd's and i dont feel like burning everything. so i want to install it over the network. ftp and http is text only installation, and id rather use teh gui installation. so ntf is the only way 2 go (i guess). can i run that nfs server on a windows machine sumhow? like sharing a folder with all the installation files in there and let linux install on another computer using those files?
