I realised now a little after that this file was been redownloaded (using FlashFXP), soo the program couldn't have exclusive access to file! Shouldn't be a warning/error messages saying files is open or so ?
This looks like something that needs to be fixed. When you're checking an SFV/MD5 file, it's quite common to be unable to access the file (if you're still downloading, etc) and therefore a warning would be cumbersome. But, when creating a checksum file, it does seem like there should be a warning when it can't open a file. Thanks for bringing this up!
