Repeat Prior Messages

Ok, I realize that's a pretty terrible subject... but here's what I mean.

When you're chatting in mIRC and you want to repeat something you said earlier you can just hit up and down to scroll through your prior messages.

Dunno, that may be rather tough. Just an idea.
