glitchyness...or is it me??

when i try to go to the big-o-software index it says "couldnt obtain news data" and when i try to post it says "couldnt send email" or some jargon like that...which is wierd..cuz i wasnt sendin an email, and i have to forum jump into each forum, so im not sure if this will be posted (because of the latter problem) but if someone could help me out thad be peachy
