Screen Shaking?

I just bought a new dell 4600 and it was running perfect until today. I came home and when i was typing i couldnt concentrate on the screen. I thought i was just losing it but then i noticed my screen is literally shaking. Not the monitor itself, just the screen, its weird. its shaking like as if you were shaking the table and it moved the screen....what could this be? bad card? monitor? I tried degausing it but it didn't help. now the whole screen shakes

dont say crap to me if this isnt right
but i had kinda the same prob
it ended up being my house fan was close to the monitor and was making my screen shake

Is the monitor around any surge protectors or florescent lights? My screen in my dorm would use to shake cuz the florsecent light was right by it and the flow of electrons fucked it up.

Edit: as he said, a fan would do this also.

ah it was my surge protector. i didnt even see it back there, nor would i have thought it makes a difference. thanks guys!

I actually had the same problem with my dell monitor. Yet didn't with any of my other monitors. Damn sensitive POS's. Even the microwave from downstairs would make the screen shake.
