here another one for you.

i have a HP 500 psc, and all of a sudden, the color is all messed up, as in, everything is pink, or just totally off. now, i changed cartridges and it was still doing that, i'm running xp, so the orginal drivers for it won't work, but i went to HPs site, and ask about the drivers, and they said xp will find it. now, well having XP it did work fine, and then, it went to the dogs. with the color printing. any idea?

I have the same problem (ish) with my DeskJet 895cxi. Every time I print in color, its always too pink (the purple will look almost green...red will be bright pink). If you find a solution to this problem, please post it here

Maybe its a sign. Are there also a lot of triangles on the documents you print?

Run your printer out of red ink and see if it still does it.

If it does your have the devil's printer, and he would like it to be returned ASAP.
