I talked to my friend's dad who is a police officer and showed him that other thread. He said that your threat is enough to be considered a federal offense (threatening terrorist activities over the internet). I haven't talked to Phase yet, but I still am going to report it.

However, if you make a post apologizing for that, saying it wasn't true, and making it your last post on these forums ever, I think I'll refrain from reporting it and you'll avoid any legal trouble.
