i want to be abloe to put a picture on my web page that is allready on my server. how do i find the url? so that i am able to post them?

depends what the server is. If its something liek geocities, then it wont let you put that picture anywhere but on your geocities page.
If its on some other server, then it will just be like
http://www.whatever.com/the_picture_name.jpg

what host is $10 a year?
i was going to buy a $5/month host with 1gb disk space and 15gb transfer
does anyone know of a good web hosting company for a decent price?

Okay so... I thought there were more, but the two I was thinking off have since raised their prices (don't you just love being locked into a price during the "startup" period of the company?).
But I said there were $10 hosts, and there are... Mine... Ya it's shameless, but I planned on plugging two other hosts that I use...
Either way... DR2.net is a awesome host - Their prices are on the higher end (of cheap), but their tech support on the forums is.... Nothing short of great (and worth the extra cost). There is also SurpassHosting.com (which is where my reseller account sits).
I for one do prefer DR2.net though.

yup... i already got two companies paying me to make their sites and im using clausercorp..... dont see nuthin wrong with it yet
hell, i might just buy an account for schwippy when i need to on there

That's the great thing about Clauser Corp. - If you want real hosting you can get that... But if you just want to have a few pictures you can use the uploader at Clauser Corp. -
