I was having this same problem, I unchecked the Automatically Load AIM blah, blah, blah, and it would still load. I just went into the AIM options, and unchecked Make AIM my default instant messenger, and now it doesn't load when I open Outlook Express. If you don't have these options, maybe you sho...
