If MailWasher Pro is anything like the MailWasher that used to be nag-ware, then it's still a middle-ware program that you run before telling your E-mail application to retrieve messages. I use it to manage my home e-mail accounts from work so that I don't have to download a bunch of messages I've a...

In that article it was stated that the developers of OSX wrote it with every intention for the capapblity of the OS to run on both Mac and PC hardware configurations. They just basically flipped...

Granted, the site is in deserate need of a content editor to make sure the grammatics of the text are correct. I've looked a...

Guys, YOu might as well get used to it. Most corporate jobs now don't let you do crap. I'm lucky because I'm considered a developer and have been given Admin level rights on my machine, but 99% of the company can't install anything on their machines and have no access to the HD at all. They use roam...

I would suggest that he change the home page to reflect this, saying that all projects are on hold or the like. One would assume that would be an easy thing to do, but if he is anything like me, he's lucky to turn on his PC at home and if he does, it is to check his e-mail. By the time you are tryi...

I'm sorry, but Ryan doesn't owe anyone anything in the lines of an explanation. I'm sorry you feel that way, but he doesn't. He abandoned a project that was occupying his time to spend more time on something called HIS JOB. I wish I could spend time on hobby projects like this. There are quite a few...

I ran into this problem when I upgraded a friends computer to WinXP. Apparently the burner software that came with their Dell was incompatible with WinXP and would cause an error to be raised on shutdown. There was a setting that I can't recollect now that tells WinXP to restart on error. Once I tur...
