Re: oh boy

thinking about this thing logically, there really is no valid reason to completely kill this program. except that mark and ryan have actual lives outside of pleasing the aim+ masses, and we shouldn't expect them to continue providing free software, free message boards, free everything, in the volum...

ugh i don't dl software off kazaa...just movies and music. i don't trust it for software; you never know what could be hiding in the zips or exes. i've learned to either find keygens or serials (hypothetically) or else use my large network of computer dork friends to supply me with what i need (also...

i still haven't found any particularly valid reason to DL aim 5.x at the moment...all the core features are exactly the same, and my guess is that the newer version takes up more memory running in the background, anyhow, which i really am not a big fan of. i like keeping my resources for more import...

Not because it better than Mac (yes the mac OS it better) i wouldn't go so far as to say that, and i'm not saying that because i'm a long-time windows user. windows and macs each bring different things to the table as far operating systems in general go, and mac OS is not just blanketly better than...

i think most people can say in general that a lot of microsoft's ideas have been stolen from other people/organizations/companies.

too bad they're the developers of the most commonly-used operating system on the planet, so imho it's kind of a moot point, but that's just me.

Yes, and yes. OS X is built on top of UNIX. which is why we should all switch to linux and/or unix!!! command-based operating systems are cool! :D (but while we are on that topic I hoping to this summer that my parents will let me spend my saving to build one) timeless, i thought you were in colleg...

I was glad when M$ got off DOS base windows. I know there first try at it fail missablely (Windows ME) but with XP it pretty nice. ummmm maybe i'm totally off here, but my understanding was that both win95 and 98 were not actually dos-based. windows 3.x was the last version of windows to be based o...
