Oh, will screenname replacement mess up the way AIM+ logs IMs? It seems that it would. Yea it does, like if u had someone named bobby1224 and then u renamed him to Big Bob, it will now start a new log under that different name. But I think anytime someone changed their buddy name format, this would...

It still serves a purpose, it renames the names on your buddy list, so it's not extinct quite yet. Look how nice and neat your buddy list can appear with both Goodaim and AIM+:

combine the 2

But you can use it in combination with AIM+. So that way, you get all the features of AIM+ as well as the 'buddy rename' feature of GoodAim. So far this combo has been working pretty good for me.

1) What happened to the forums a few days before the release? 2) What happened with the website the day of the release? 3) Why are we being held so in the dark about what's really going on? Quetions 1, 2, and 3 were all due to the ongoing harassment of Big-O Software, because of AIM+. As the releas...

I am not going to go into specifics about these actions or the individuals who perpetrated them, as they were focussed on Ryan and it is soley his decision as to whether or not he would like to discuss this. Even though we prefer not to discuss the specifics of what took place, know that recently i...

BuckWindy, Did you even read his post? Its people like you who discourgage their efforts. Its a free program, they don't get anything but satisfaction from making it, and your complaining about "empty promises"? Their website was attacked and people slaundered their names on the internet,...

I just have one question. If AIM+ 3.0 was already made and done and made ready for release on Dec 11, why can't you just release it? It was done and ready anyway. It probably wasn't made and still isn't made. They set Dec 11 as a deadline for themselves to finish AIM+ 3.0. They were unable to meet ...

I love AIM+, I think it's a great product, but somehow I get the feeling big-o might go the same route Trillian did. Cerulean Studios came out of nowhere and put out a pay-version of Trillian in early september. And anyone who had donated at least one dollar, before september, got the new software f...
