There is a real easy to get someone's IP that is on your list... goto http://www.imchaos.com and create a link spy...when someone clicks a link, imchaos records the IP and name and puts it on a nice list for you.

I tried adding phpbb to the windows 2k server i'm on and hate a rough time and my techs suggested using this one http://forum.snitz.com/
It took me maybe 5 minutes to install and have running... that is if you're on win 2k.
