look at the transparency pic

its asking you to find the file aim.exe and point it to it so it can do its stuff
aim.exe is in the folder where you installed aim
usually c:\program files\aim95\aim.exe if you used the defalt options when istalling aim
so type that in the white box in the aim+ prefs and see what happens
