I checked aim.com again today and now the "final release" is 5.2.3277 i guess? There isn't a final AND beta page anymore, just the one "final" page which I guess this latest version has turned into. That'll be nice at least now, cause lots of my friends will get a "new"...

i voted for jpeg mainly because it's so common and allows multiple degrees of compression...png is a close second because it offers better quality compression at about the same filesize as a jpeg but its just not as widely used...yet...so i stick with jpeg.

I think it would be great to have a sticky thread for aim hacks/tips/tricks...ill look around for some sources and we can start up a huge list of links.

That would be awesome to get a large list going :D I'm sure Big-O forums would get more traffic as well :)

yeah i tried adding a menu to the IM window and i have no clue how to have anything work in it:(...only thing i know how to do is make the menu and sub-menus lol.

dang, that's quite impressive:D with san antonio's history of random strong storms, we go down sometimes :/ they've been doing lots of upgrades and changes the past 1.5-2 years because business has exploded and they can't handle it, should be pretty much complete with the big upgrades and makign hea...

thats one nice connection...my cable goes out at least once every 8-10 weeks or so, even if its just for a few minutes...8 months of computer uptime is pretty nice too.
