Damn piraters here at Penn State, they aren't giving out any free software this year, because of the damned pirating. Microsoft refused to renew the contract with PSU, because of all the cracked WinXP CDs, yes, it's the PSU version you find out there.... Luckily, I got that for free legally.

I'm not big on Linux, but that error means that you need "root" administrative privileges. Log on as root.

I only live about 45 min. from NYC. My town was only affected for about 10 seconds (right at 4:11), however, all of the neighboring towns didn't get power back till about 8:30.... How odd...

My location says PA, that's during the school year...., I'm talking NJ.

XP Pro, They'll stop supporting 2K before they stop supporting XP. That and some devices aren't as compatible with 2K (from personal experiences).... nuf said.
