everytime I go to search for someone, it ALWAYS says we cant find someone with the interest you entered. thats ridiculous, thats like saying im the only one using AIM at that particular time...anyone know how I can get some actual results?

this is possible, just go to the winamp plug-in site and search for aim...you'll find it, there aren't many (like 3?)

I was going to post some links to CRC-32 code in various langauges, but I don't think it's necessary at all. I did a quick Yahoo search, and I was able to find examples in every language I could think of (Delphi, C, C++ (MFC), VB, even ASM!). Try searching for "crc-32 source" ...

We'll be working on support for the search bar versions for the next release. Not so much because it's in "older" versions, but because the itnernational localized releases of AIM still use the search bar in their latest versions. ...

There should be a fix in place for this problem in the next update of AIM+.

This is actually a problem with all localized versions of AIM, not just the German AIM. The US version of AIM no longer includes the search bar, while the localized AIMs still include it; that's where this problem came up.

... had different visions, it was better to each be able to do things our own way. I don't think you'll have any trouble finding his programs with a search engine, and if you do go looking, you will be probably be happy to find that they are still in development.
