AIM already has an always on top feature that unfortunately doesn't extend to message windows or away messages. This would definitely be a nice addition for a future version of AIM+, certainly not all too hard to do :).

Right clicking hkSFV32 in the taskbar

When you right click hkSFV32 in the taskbar, the bottom menu choice is "about" rather "close," which seems to be kind of the standard. I find myself constantly going to close hkSFV32 and accidentally viewing the about screen ... d'oh!

I don't have any intention of ever paying for AIM+. I don't pay for AIM itself why would I want to pay for an add-on?

Big-O-Software says -=[ 100% Free Software ]=- on the main page ... is he lying, or are you lying?

You can always clear the history by going to the directory where you installed AIM+, then to the history directory. You can delete any conversation from any day ... although I suppose it would be much easier for everyone involved if you could do it directory from AOL :).

This is a cool idea for everyone obsessed with checking away messages ... I know some people who live and die wondering where other people are :).

How about longer profiles and longer messages? I hate the 1024 character message limit when I'm trying to copy/paste something into AOL to send to a friend.

That's a pretty neat idea for schizophrenics with multiple screennames, or for those who like to ALWAYS be online but have friends who like to borrow their computer for a little while ... everyone could be signed on at once!

It's quite an interesting idea. You see people chatting it up in IRC channels constantly quoting what mp3 they're listening to, so this isn't exactly an uncommon thought. Whether or not it's possible, I have no clue :).

Agreed, this is a great idea. I constantly find myself opening .SFV files in notepad to copy the filename so I can rename altered filenames. I use hkSFV to check my .SFVs, so it only makes sense to use it when I need to fix renamed .mp3s!

It happens to me in Win2k as well when I use the AIM settings ... I just put AIM+ into my startup directory and everything works fine.
