It is unclear what Windows OS your using ( I have 98 ), but You could try Going into Control Panel. Then Add/remove prgrams. Then there should be a tab called "Windows Setup". Then Double click on "Acessories" and uncheck paint. Then hit OK or Apply. Then go through the same step...
