problems with clicking links...please help

Post by mrjkl »

:( i'm new to this forum, and this is my first post. i'm just looking for some help with using AIM+. as you can all see, it regards the subject title. when i click any link in an AIM member's profile, AIM+ automatically shuts down and exits immediately after i click the link. i've reinstalled AIM+ a couple times already, and it still doesn't work. someone please help, thank you all in advance for your help and advice. :D

I use the same AIM version (4.8.2790)..and have no problems. Although I am running Windows 98, I have also used regular AIM before..without AIM+..

My Advice. Try uninstalling and reinstalling AIM.

Did you just have problems with clicking the links and getting them to open, or did clicking them also terminate you AIM session? If I understand correctly, the later is what is going on when mrjkl clicks on a link.
