Get a s/n from an IP address?

Can someone tell me how to get a s/n from an IP address is it possible?

Just to give you some information for 'The Master Jedi's' Resoning.

Your IP address is just a set of numbers that identify your computer on a network, and on the internet. Although AIM does work using IP's..(I believe AIM pings the users' IP associated with their screen name on your buddy list to see if their still signed on?)

But even if that's the case (which it may not be), you still cant get screen names from IP addresses, but the AOL servers might have log files with the information.. but good luck getting that info from them...

But even with all that gibberish i just said. the answer is still NOPE!
