congrats to 100,000 downloads! Would be nice if there was an overall download count, then a count for each version. Then you could really track the increase. Nontheless, congrats to Ryan and Mark.

We've talked about this, too, but the conclusion I came to was that I could just remember how many downloads I had when I release a new version, and do the math myself.

For the curious, though, here's where the counter was at for the releases to date:
1.0 - 0 downloads
2.0 - 9,181
2.1 - ~15k ?
2.1.1 - 200 more than 2.1
2.2 - 76,836

2.1 I'm not exactly sure about, Mark might have some way of knowing.

Another congrats. I've been using it since the start, and it's come a long way even though it's always been awesome. Keep up the great work!

Also is it just me, or did the downloads really seem to shoot up in the past couple of weeks? Hell it seemed like just a few weeks ago you were at ~40,000 :O

It's definitely not just you, AIM+ has really taken off in the recent weeks! Some time in the middle of April I was excited that AIM+ had gotten as many downloads that month as it had in all the months before it combined.. But by the end of April I think we may have tripled that number.

Those big pieces of press that I highlighted on the front-page certainly got things moving quickly, but word-of-mouth is also spreading AIM+ like crazy!

Thank you for the congrats, too - it's been a great experience for me, so far..
