Ok I was talking to this so called bot called (MochyBot) my friend told me to talk to him... And then he sent me this

I was just wondering if it is possible for some1 to send a virus over aim if not connected? Thanks for the help
No. If you're not directly connected, you cannot recieve a virus from someone through AIM. What the bot said was a hoax..nothing more.
And if you had an Anti Virus .. you'd be notified almost imediately upon recieving a virus.. if you have it setup to scan income transfers through AIM.
