Microsoft sucks. I hate the company. Except for Office. Office is cool. And I think it is time I wrote an ode to Excel.

Excel has helped me a lot over the years. Whilst all my friends were doing their math homework tediously by hand, I put all my equations in an Excel spreadsheet and bam! No work for Michael. Tonight, Excel got a Chem homework sheet done for me in less than a half hour, when it would've taken me twice as long to do it by hand.

Thank you, Excel. You are a lifesaver.

i got office but i hate doing my hw on the computer its so boring i dont know how u cant stand it i only do it if i have to

Well, when all I have to do is enter two variables on my keyboard, which takes like all of 20 seconds, it's worth it to do your homework on the computer. It would be taken, oh, at least 60 seconds to write all that out by hand on paper!

Can you give some EX. on how you do it?

Sure, here's a screenshot to illustrate:

Column A contains a description of my conversion. Column B contains the equation, which references the variables I fill in in D and F. Basically, I fill in the variables, then let the equation in Column B come up with an answer for me! Simple.
